Solitude

Warm weather brings throngs of people to the beach but at this time of year I am there alone.  It is bitter cold and the winds whip off the water but I actually enjoy the quiet beauty of the beach in winter.

Solitude
Day 35 of 365

Solitude is painful when one is young,
but delightful when one is more mature.
                                                        Albert Einstein

  1. Love the quote...yes, solitude is much more appreciated the older I get, so have to agree with Einstein. But more than the quote, I LOVE the image.
