Born to Run

This week Song-ography is featuring Born to Run.

I racked my brain trying to come up with something super creative to do justice to Bruce Springsteen.  Alas,  I have not been running at full speed this week with a head cold that has slogged my brain.

My neighbor has a Hudson Hornet and this baby was really born to run.  It was purposely designed with a lower center of gravity chassis that made the car handle well - a bonus for racing.

Yes, this baby was Born to Run.

Her unique, low slung appearance and silky handling gave her an air of luxury and she looked good too.

Run over to Kathy's Song-ography to see what's been Born to Run.

  3. You need to cut yourself some slack...this is a great interpretation of the song, very well processed too. Hope you feel better soon. If head colds are going around, time for me to start washing my hands like the germaphobe that I am. : )

  4. Cool car. I think you did great with the song and these shots of this fascinating car. Love the shiny look. May have to look this one up to see a full body shot. Sorry about your cold, summer colds are the worst, feel better soon.

  5. Some days "I" feel like I have a "low slung appearance" too...but it's never as gorgeous as THIS baby is :). They just don't make them like they use too. It's like vintage pieces of art. Sorry you aren't feeling well BUT, I think ya kinda nailed this one. Thans for linking up to Song-ography and....FEEL BETTER!
