Winter Blues

Winter Blue
Day 6 of 365

We've gone from one extreme to another in just a day.  Temps below zero one day and 50 degrees the next.  I enjoyed watching the snow banks melt and wash away.

Dropping by Kim Klassen's Cafe for Texture Tuesday.

  2. It sure looks cold - If I were sitting on that bench, I'd be singing the blues!

  3. We are still waiting for the subzero to leave. Love your winter blues! Must have been extremely cold at the water front.

  5. Crazy weather here too! I don't EVER remember schools being delayed or closed due to temps before! Not snow..just the temps.

  6. Great picture, Zero to fifty is quite the spread . We are sitting in below zero with things closed and cancelled. The school children are getting quite the winter break. Cabin fever is setting in . . .

  8. Yes, that's what I live with all winter ... but I do think it has it's own beauty. I really like the perspective in your bench image!

  13. I'll be right over! It was -27 here yesterday and warmed up to 1 above this afternoon (it was -17 last nite). So you get a 50 degree swing and we get 28...nothing to sneeze at for either of us cuz I don't like that way below stuff one bit more than you do!
